Most of my work starts the same way. An organisation is producing data it can't act on. Sometimes that's a dairy plant running twenty stages with no view across them. Sometimes it's a parliament publishing three million expense claims that nobody reads.
I'm Felipe Cabral. I work as an AI and data consultant in Stockholm, and I build open civic infrastructure alongside it. This is where both live.
Serenata Europa
An open pipeline that reads the EU's public procurement notices and flags statistical anomalies anyone can verify against the source. Successor to a Brazilian project that led to 629 formal complaints against sitting congresspeople. In development.
Estaleiro
A Brazilian programme in self-directed entrepreneurship. I co-founded it in Porto Alegre in 2012. It's being rebuilt in Stockholm with Klustret Ekskäret.
